Appeals, Discipline, Grievance, Whistle Blowing, Sickness and Medical Leave/ Absence, Industrial Relations, Workplace Assessments, Health and Safety, Staff Welfare. - HR MEASURES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Appraisal, Promotion, Exits, Pensions, Payroll, Salary Reviews, Benefits/ Insurance, Gender and Social Inclusion, HR MIS/ Oracle, KPIs, Reporting, Employee Survey, Nominal Roll. - GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Assisting in formulation, execution and review of admin policies and processes, monitoring and implementation of MDAs corporate plans, General Administration including: Serving as MDAs secretariat, preparation of minutes/ memos, creating a conducive office environment, ensuring Departmental synergy, Enforcement of Rules and Regulation, Documentation and Registry Management, Change of Name of Kin.
